At Joyful Ducks, every duck is 3D printed and made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This helps us limit waste, reduce overproduction, and keep our flock as earth-friendly as possible.

That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at joyfulducks@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
