2. Products & Orders

  • All Joyful Ducks products are 3D printed and made to order.
  • Due to this process, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout.
  • Joyful Ducks reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping

  • Production time is typically 3–5 business days.
  • U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after production.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

  • All content on this site (logos, product photos, descriptions, graphics) is the property of Joyful Ducks and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Joyful Ducks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
