Each Joyful Duck is 3D printed and made to order, which means we don’t keep large inventories sitting on a shelf. Instead, your duck is crafted fresh just for you. This helps us limit waste, reduce overproduction, and keep our flock as earth-friendly as possible.

Production Time

• Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, finish, and prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping Time

• U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
• Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak demand.

Shipping Rates

• We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your duck arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at joyfulducks@gmail.com We’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
