🦆 Joyful Ducks Shipping Policy

Each Joyful Duck is 3D printed and made to order, which means we don’t keep large inventories sitting on a shelf. Instead, your duck is crafted fresh just for you. This helps us limit waste, reduce overproduction, and keep our flock as earth-friendly as possible.

Production Time

- Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, finish, and prepare your order before it ships.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended to up to 14 days. We’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Shipping Time

- U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
- Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of peak demand.

Shipping Rates

- We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

Order Tracking

- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your duck arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at joyfulducks@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
